| Telluride Eco Adventures |
|
Another new addition to the Telluride experience is the opening of Telluride
Eco Adventures in Mountain Village. The ski company created this center as
part of its "Eco Tourism" initiative with the intention of providing
adventures for both adults and children. The space is set up with wonderful
interpretive displays such as gold and silver mining information, geological displays, animal pelts, skulls and animal tracks and also offers everything from guided snowshoe and nordic tours, to snowmobiling, ice climbing, heli-skiing, winter fly fishing and various children's activities.
