The 37th annual Telluride Film Festival takes place this week-end under Telluride blue bird skies. The Festival kicks off this morning with the Telluride Film Festival Brunch hosted by Gray Head at Telluride and held at the Gray Head Home Owners Cabin. Terry is in attendance and will be our roving photographer so, stay tuned for some photos coming up.

 

More than 75 local realtors met at Steve and Terry's home located in Gray Head at Telluride for their annual meeting. The weather was just perfect and allowed us to hold the meeting in their beautiful back yard; with it's very distracting views.

The silver lining in a rainy day in Telluride is that you are sure to get a rainbow out of the deal. Terry Catsman

The state of Colorado, most notably resort areas, is reporting a significant jump in real estate transactions. So far this year in Telluride, there have been eight home sales of more than $4 million, including three sales between $8 million and $10.1 million.  Year to date there have been 161 transactions in the region for a total of  $194.3 million. Please call our office for the latest details  on real estate activity and opportunities.

 

Luckily for her friends, Terry's birthday falls at the perfect time of the year to enjoy Terry and Steve's exquisite back yard at Gray Head complete with pond, bridge, patios, party palapa, 50 inch television and outdoor kitchen. It was a perfect summer evening at Gray Head with phenomenal views, good friends, delicious food and many cocktails!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TERRY!!!!

Thirty artists have descended on Telluride in the last few days as part of the seventh annual Telluride Plein Air. Artists spend the week in various spots around the Telluride area; mostly right on Main Street, and then their works of art are showcased in the Artist Choice Gala Premier/Silent Auction at the Sheridan Opera House on Friday night from 5 to 8 p.m. Their paintings will then be shown and available to the public for sale beginning Saturday morning.

Tuesday, June 29, 2010 To whom it may concern: On Wednesday, June 30th, no traffic, vehicular or pedestrian, will be allowed going up to Bridal Veil Falls. The San Miguel County road crew will be clearing off the switchbacks on Black Bear Pass. They will be clearing rocks and debris off of the road causing a potentially dangerous situation to hikers and/or vehicles.
